Her approach to leadership development has evolved over her 20 years of designing award winning programs for companies, universities, non-profits and government agencies.
Patty’s career started as a geologist where she played a key role in oil field discoveries and technology breakthroughs.
While she loved earth science, social science is her true calling. So she went back to school to study organizational development and coaching, and left corporate life to start her own practice as a leadership coach.
Patty’s first book The Art of Alignment: How to Get Traction and Committed Action Behind Great Ideas, will be published this fall by Lion Press.
