Kathleen Pickrel is the owner of Choose Congruency coaching services where she walks people and groups through the change process, helping them to create the life they want to live.
She has recently narrowed the broad area of change into the niche of working with widows through her Widow Discovery Roadmap coaching program. Kathleen became a widow in 2014 and has successfully navigated creating a new, happy life and wants other widows to be able to successfully navigate this huge change.
Kathleen has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in social work. As a social worker for 13 years, she worked with cancer patients and their families, providing support.
Kathleen is also the author of the book It Is What It Is…Now What?! A Guide To Get You From Where You Are To WHO You Want To Be.
